Comments: I sent them a Western Digital hard disk which suffered a power surge. They told me they could not find the parts, they kept it for over 4 weeks and kept telling me the parts have been ordered. They only wasted my time and did not act professionally. I got 1 lie after another. I sent it another company in Australia and the data was recovered in 2 days. Not a serious data recovery firm, they do 'everything' in IT but don't do 'data recovery' well. It's best to pick another company that does only data recovery. I wasted time and they charged me $600. P.S I sent my disk to CBL Data recovery in Sydney, they are the best. CBL in Sydney is awesome and super super cool! Only use CBL in Sydney.
