In doing my research I sent a request for a quote to this company and received a standard letter telling that not all data recovery services are made equal and that it is very hi tech process involving clean rooms, and highly trained specialist. When I responded to this message with 5 additional questions, including request to clarify if I can drop off my disk, if they do all the work at the advertised location, if they indeed do the work in the clean room, I received a strange message back backtracking and saying that cleanrooms aren't really required. My request to get references from people who used their services were denied. After another email exchange the responses just got plain rude and unprofessional. I seized my communications with them and I am glad I did because I can't imagine that a company like this can treat clients with such disrespect. I can only imagine how I would have been treated if I send them my data. Stay away!
