My Ibook started to make weird noises and one day it just stopped. I took in to the Mac store and they said it was the fan that died and overheated my hard drive or in other words the hard drive was fried. They also delivered the news that they couldn't save any of my work but sent me to Secure Data Recovery. Only after a few minutes of checking my hard drive I got news that they probably could save some of my work at least. A couple of days later I got a call and it was good news. I came in and saw all my work on the screen and my happiness was made. The cost was relatively cheap because I had to consider that the hard drive contained all my 3 years of post graduate work, photos since 2003 and other important documents.

I accidentally dropped my laptop and my hard drive fell out of it. I asked our IT specialist who specialized in HP to see if he can recover my hard drive and see if I can restore the laptop. He HIGHLY recommended me to speak to Secure Data Recovery to see if my hard drive is recoverable, and to my luck, Secure Data Recovery were able to recover all my data from my laptop onto 4 DVDs. To get all my un-backed-up information for the past 7 years of work I have had on my laptop. I would HIGHLY recommend for anybody with hard drive issues to go straight to Secure Data Recovery, as they are highly professional, friendly and above all able to help you when you are desperate to recover the information.

One of the external hard drives we use in our business was playing up and before sending it off for warranty repairs we asked Secure Data Recovery to see if they could get a copy of the data on it. They were very professional and efficient in their service and clear in their pricing. There was no 'hard sell' at all. They delivered what they promised in the time frame that they quoted. I would recommend them to anybody in need of trouble free data recovery services
