The whole Recovery Force team made my experience comfortable and reassuring in a time of great concern for losing all my data. They were understanding, helpful and professional at all times, made every effort to explain to me what they were doing at each step and treated me like a person, as opposed to a case number. They know what they are doing, both with their data recovery service, and with their customer service.

This is the third time in about as many years I need the help of Data Recovery Force. I only have good things to say about this company, each time my data was rescued (including from a severely damaged 3 x 300 GB SATA striped RAID), and each time the price was very reasonable, and the service was above par. Highly recommended.
