Had a back-up drive that was clicking and non-responsive. Found OnTrack on this site and went with them because of other good reviews online, and their close location. The entire process went very quick and smoothly. They responded right away on my inquiry, I got the drive to them and immediately received an email with a job number and information to track the progress. They were able to restore all my information, and sent it back on a drive.
