Highly recommend. Got 99% of my data back and even though I went with the standard recovery plan, they had the drive recovered and shipped back to me in less than 24 hours. Very responsive with emailed questions about the process and the problem. Great value for the money -- I had two other quotes at $2500 and $800, so I went with H&H and don't regret it for a second.
