This "company" is a joke. Unable to provide you on time feedback, they just squeeze you to get more money.. I sent a SDcard to be fixed and paid USD25. They said I needed advanced reovery but did not precise. So far I still do not know the price, they have deleted my account, in a word they do not want to do the job. And they do not even reply me when I ask them to send the sd card back.. Really bad service, they overcharge you.. I strongly suggest to look for other solutions ( as said upper ) cuz they obviously are not the best one !

eprovided.com is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They advertise the speed with which your data recovery job will be handled; however, they were extremely slow in trying to recover my data. I did not hear back from them until over a week after I sent the usb flash drive to be recovered at which point I was told I needed 'advanced recovery'. I politely asked to have my drive returned to me; they cashed my check for return shipping and never sent the drive back to me. Also, they do not respond to email!! So they were slow, and they did not return the drive. That data is lost forever.
