This company opened my drive and left fingerprints and HAIR inside, only to say they cannot recover it!! I brought to another company, and they said it is now unrecoverable! ESS Data Recovery finally did the job, thank God, but beware of this SCAM operation. They cannot recover data.

I was really frightened when my computer and hard drive "fried" from a bad surge. I had lots of very importsnt data on the drive that I had to recover. I had never used any data recovery service before, but chose Gillware after an extensive websearch and comparison. I am thrilled I chose them. Every bit of data on the drive was recovered. The people at Gillware were great. They kept in touch with me, were very professional, and made the entire process as pleasant as once could have fearing the loss of data. Before having to give them the final ok to recover my data, they e-mailed me a list of the data structure of the drive, showing all of the files that they were able to save. This was a very reassuring step for me. After giving the ok, they promptly shipped the recovered data back to me. I have nothing but the highest praise for Gillware.

at recommendation from my local computer tech, tried Salvage Data Recovery 1st. They were HORRIBLE--after 3 weeks, and multiple stories, I got my drive back and no recovered data. At this point, the same tech recommended Gillware. I sent Gillware my drive. What a totally different experience!! They were QUICK, COURTEOUS, THOROUGH, lower priced, helpful...AND THEY GOT ALL MY DATA RECOVERED AND BACK TO ME within a week. I could not be more pleased with Gillware. Definitely the place to go if you have hard drive issues.

Recently I bought a new Hard Drive to back up all my Family Pictures and some important documents that I had for years, well it resulted that once I did that my NEW hard drive crashed and there was no way I could get recover my files, pictures or anything. I called a friend of mine that ownes a Computer Company and he immediately recomended I call Gillware. I did call and spoke to Gary at customer service, he was very professional and courteous, he explained me in detail what they needed to do, I felt very confortable with the call so I went ahead and send the drive. Two days later I recieved an email with all the files that they have recovered, I called them back to get the details, they were able to get all the data and my Family pictures that I have lost, they also gave me options to send the information back and worked with me to meet my needs. I strongly recomend Gillware, their service is second to none, I am very grateful of what they did for me. Great Company they really know what they are doing, I don't just give them a 5 but a 10 on their service....... Thank you Gillware......

Grillware was recommended to me by another IT professional that I work with when we opened my bad WD My Book external drive. After failing to recover the IDE drive via a USB converter he gave me the Gillware Card. I logged on to their site and followed the "easy" instructions and this week received a call back that they had recovered all my pictures. They sent me the downloaded viewer and I have confirmed all my pictures are in fact their! They were courteous, quick, and eager to please. Everything you want when you have lost something precious. My wife cried when the drive died and she cried even more when I told her that we just had all of our childrens photos (everyone single one) recovered! Thank you Gillware!
