Same sad story as many I've seen posted here. I through my own fault failed to back up my hardrive. A valuable $880 lesson when all was said and done. I also learned the scamming ways of the data recovery field. At first I sent my drive to a service connected with Seagate the sad hardrive company I will never buy another hardrive from again as well as ATI video boards but thats another story. I should have noticed a problem right out the gate, the company was very close doored as I dropped of my harddrive for a evalution. I dismissed this as just protecting a sterile environment pathetic me. They basically gave me the same quote as the seagate company and being they were closer I gave them a shot. Given at the time I was light on cash as we all are in this recession I told the person at the Cleveland counter Alex that I would have to make payments he said it was ok. So I gave him the go ahead. In less then a few hours my case was already posted with a review of the hardrive files and a quote. This was when I began to suspect something with the company given that they stated the drive would be a minimum 20 hours to address the drive given it was a $725 service. Thats when I thought back to the tight security at the building, I actually don't buy into the clean room horse hockey, I think most recoveries are software related and only tough jobs are shipped out to a clean room. Of course I can't prove that given I am not allowed one peep into their operations. I payed $250 up front with tax, then I proceded to pay $100 every 15 days or so. Then Victor Schwab the sales rep was not happy with the arrangments and began to call me regularly, I worked out the arrangement again, and again he would call placing *67 in front of his calls to hide his number. Finally I decided to just pay off the balance given I had grown tired of Victor. I payed the final 212.86, then Victor figured why stop there, why not get another $199 for a hardrive to get my data and I had to do it right then, I tried to reason with Victor, Victor said his company had done more then reasonably expected to meet my needs. Go to their website, its states 20gb of dvd data is free. No after he got his money then I was a customer which needed to be broomed away. Afterwards I felt this was not something that I felt could not go unanswered, so I went about trying to find Data Recovery Corp's corporate office, said I fount out Cleveland is the main office. Thus I learned to lessons instead of one, one-back up your data. And two which refers to one, back your your data so that you don't ever have to give Victor your money ever again. I think its time Victor gets a visit from Tom Meyer or Carl Monday the local TV reporters who specialize in dealing with comapanys like this one.

The company I used to work for had their data backed up by this company a year ago and back then, the sales rep I talked to was also the one I gave the HD to in their N Fairfax address. From what I recall, they had excellent customer service but exorbitant to the point of highway robbery prices. Since I was not the one paying for it and due to time constraints - we continued with the transfer and from what I know, they managed to do the job. I didn't stick around to see if they recovered the files 100%. Fast forward to Saturday last week, I had my HD crashing on me and contacted this company for a quote. Instead of being talked to by someone in their CA office, I was 'taken care of' by Andy Anderson(andy@datarecoverycorp.com) who was in their OH office. I gave my HD to them on Tues and was told that Andy will give me a call on what the quote for the service will entail in one to two business days. I got a call from them on Wednesday and gave me a very high and exuberant price quote, I asked why and he told me a whole line of what was later found out to be technical bullshit and so blatantly obvious it makes my head shake. I then asked for Andy Anderson to give this quote to me via writing since I want proof that the price he gave me was the price that I'm gonna be paying. He told me "Sure, no problem". I waited for it and it didn't come. So I just decided to shop around and found a reasonable company who will try to retrieve it for less than the price these data recovery con artists tried to scam me out of. I then left a message the same day he gave me the quote and told him that I want to cancel the service order and pick up my HD. I left 4 messages yesterday and requested once again to cancel everything so that I can pick up my hardware; he replied to one of them by calling me to contact him and did so and got his voicemail again. This should have set off red flags that California Data Corp is a front for con artists and scams and can be seen as a black whole where your money goes into, but no data ever comes out. So I talked to another customer service rep who told me that they have left a note to him and will cancel the order since apparently, he was the only one who can do that. Did these people never heard of 'override by Manager' or something to that effect? I called once again today and was given the same runaround by two people by putting me on hold when I told them how unreasonable they are handling this matter. I then finally talked to Daniel Melnick and he basically told me the following: 1) As of Wednesday evening - Andy works from 4 AM - 2 PM EST(Why on earth would someone be working a graveyard shift at a "serious data recovery company"?? Definite red flags went off in my head that this was a scam again. He had a shift change when he was available up till 9 PM EST. I hope this was probably coincidental since it's not gonna cut it as unintentional comedy. 2) They don't email their customers any price quote since that's against company policy (that is very strange, I later found out from other data recovery outfits in Los Angeles that this company is well known and is definitely a scam, which is why they do not email out their price quotes). So another head shaking revalation coming from these people. He basically states that Andy is just a new customer service rep which is really not a reason since these folks do get training. He then gave me his word that he will email me and/or call me to speak to Andy so that he can cancel my service order. Anyway, after a couple of exchanges and me rejecting their offer to lower the price quote since I really can't deal with a company who sucks at customer service and charges you prices to the point of you submitting to let your data go to waste - they finally called me a few minutes ago and said that I can pick up my HD anytime. I guess they finally talked to Andy or they had someone override the system. So in closing, for those who took the time to read this - I would hope that you think twice before having your precious hardware serviced by this company. There are dime a dozens of them here in Los Angeles, try to get as many quotes as possible from those people. Regardless of how many clientele they give as reference, it really depends on how comfortable you are with the one you talked to and being given no fine prints on charges.

Stay away from them. They promise you same week and disappear. never saw my data or money again. They say it's free if they don't recover and once they have the hard drive there they'll only return it for you if you pay $540 whether they fix it or not. this is the worst scam on the whole internet

I sent in my laptop thinking I am dealing with highly trained and competent individuals who pride themselves on delivering superior customer service, or at least that is what I was told by the gentleman at this company. They told me it was going to be a hard case, but said if I pay, they will recover everything. Well guess what! After 6 weeks(!!!) and paying these scammers almost $900, I was told "too bad" and they sent me my laptop back. I sent it to another company and they told me no matter what, my hard drive is doomed, so there is nothing anybody can do!!!!!!!! Data Recovery Corp charged me for what?!?! If this is not a scam, I don't know what is....

Total Rip Off!!! If you have a clicking drive don't even bother sending it to them. Their marketing is to say that they can try recover and say they have a lab to repair the drive so it's readable. Total bull**** , got my drive back and it's still clicking so they pretty much did not fix it. Also once they say they send it to the lab, they ask you to buy a drive so that they can transfer the data to the new drive. Well, once you buy the drive you will get a call several weeks later and they will tell you they only recovered useless data. The worst part for me was that the drive I bought which I rarely used has already crashed within 6 months!!!

O, man, I wish I had checked this site out before going to these guys. They screwed me badly. They quote me $2000k to get my drive data, I tell them no, just send it back, they come back same day offering $800! Is price gauging like that legal? I say no, send it back, for a week they refuse to send it back, sending me a further 3 emails asking me to suggest a price. Finally they tell me to pay $25 to send it back. I'm still waiting for it.

Dealing with this company was a nightmare from the beginning. I read several questionable reviews about this company but I decided to take a chance anyway because I didn't know any better. My drive's power failed - it wouldn't even run at all like there was a power problem. I sent them the drive and paid for the 5 days expedite for $100 (but strangely it came to $105.93). Why should I pay taxes on an expedite fee?? Anyway, after I paid to ship my drive to them, they said it would be no problem getting the data off my drive and they quoted me $1398.00 along with an additional $138.03 for another hard drive to put all my info on, assuming they could get some info off it. I had to pay $426.93 up front though because they said they needed to buy parts for it. This price in non-refundable so you don't get this money back even if they don't get your info back. They initally said the price will be between $300 and $1500. So a few days went by and I didn't hear anything, so I called and left a message because I could never get ahold of Tyler Harris (the guy assigned to me). About 30 mins later he sent me an email with an update saying they were still working on it. He constantly said he would call me or email me then he never did! Another few days went by, no calls or email. I called and left another message, he sent another email 1 hour later saying he was sorry, but they were having trouble because there was so much damage to the head. How could there be so much damage to the heads when the drive was powered off, then just wouldn't power back on?? The heads retract when the drive is powered down! So 2 weeks after I sent it in, they said they had to send it to Canada to get some "guru" up there to fix it. I asked about a refund on my $105.93 one week "expedite" fee and of course they said no, that they "tried" to get it out in 5 days but it took longer because the drive was so damaged! What a joke. The drive worked perfectly the last time it worked before it wouldn't power back up - if no power could move the heads from their retracted position, how could this be? So needless to say, they weren't able to get the data off my drive. I then asked to get my $138.03 back that I paid for the new hard drive that I now wouldn't need. They said no problem. 2 weeks went by and nothing. I called again and they said they would issue the refund immediately. About a week later I received a box in the mail. I opened it to find it was a new hard drive. I called them again and they said there was a mistake and if I shipped the drive back, they would refund my money. So because I opened the box, I had to pay to ship it back out of my own pocket: $15.23 back to Canada (the return shipping address). So about another week later I get an email saying they are refunding $104.03. I called and asked why and they said customs charged them $34.00 and that I should have sent the package to Ohio! What the hell are they talking about?? OHIO?? I've been dealing with a company in New York and the return address on the box was: Data Recovery Corp. - that's their company! I sent it to the return address on the box! So now I've been calling every day leaving messges for Ben, the manager who politely told me I'm screwed because they aren't refunding me the rest of my money, even though it was THEIR fault that I got that stupid drive in the first place, instead of my refund! I'm trying to get in touch with his boss but I doubt that will happen since they are ignoring my calls now. Dealing with this company has been a complete nightmare. I HIGHLY advise anyone NOT to deal with this company. I filed a complaint with the BBB. These people are scum bags.

I had a horrible experience with this company - RUN AWAY! I chose them because they said they knew MACS and because I live about 20 mins from the Fairfax office (1140 N. Fairfax Ave, next to the dentists office and their location looks like a 6x9 foot jail cell) ad thought it would be quicker. I called - made appt - and dropped off the HD to recover EMAILS and PHOTOS. That was it - told the rep (Tony Robinson) that I did not need anything else and that emails were really most important thing. After MANY weeks of waiting (I had a month window and needed the emails for a court case) I finally discovered by talking to the tech that my drive was actually in Canada and that they had recovered my files. At this point they tell me I need a PC to look at the file names. I tracked a PC down only to discover the rep did not even tell them to look for the emails or photos but instead the techs spent weeks pulling USELESS info that I did not need, I had a court date getting close and started to panic. They did another recovery - another week - and emailed the info to me again. I was then told that on top of the $1000 I owed - that I owed an extra $150 to buy a hard drive from them. I have multiple hard drives and called to tell them I was dropping one off at the office (on Fairfax) on Wed. Was told it would take 24 hours by the guy there I told them I would pick up Fri am. On Thurs I was told I couldn't pick it up (that it would actually be quicker if they shipped it) and it could take 72 more hours b.c it had a mac partition on the hard drive which was slowing things down - WHAT??? I told rep I would be there on Tues am to pick up. On Mon I get an email that the hard drive has been shipped by UPS with a tracking #. GUESS WHAT? It was coming from Canada. That is why they wouldn't let me pick it up. And final straw - the rep had it shipped UPS 10 day ground service. I thought I was going to have a heart attack. Called the manager (Ben S) to tell him how incompetent his sales rep was and he said he would call back in an hour but never did. I followed up with one more call but gave up. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Worst experience ever.

Please be cautious when working with this company. Note that their terms and conditions are NOT available on the website (link is dead) nor provided when initial contract is signed. In all my years in working in the IT industry, I have never seen such a blatan disregard for customers, this data recovery place really does not care about it's clients and is in business for a quick buck. Several discs were sent for recovery. From the start of the project, communication was misleading, difficult, and inaccurate. My team did not receive return calls or updates when requested. We received information that was negated by other operators. We were told discs shipped, when they had not. And the company wasn't able to see anything on our discs even after sending to a specialist in Canada. I have no confidence in this company for honesty nor technical competence. Upon receiving the discs back, thankfully, we purchased components on ebay and were able to download most of our data. My team spent well over 10 working days and $400 (to include freight) waiting for the experts to tell us they couldn't do anything.

These people are such complete and utter frauds!!! I went to their los angeles location to find out that they literally have a 9 by 6 sized room!! Not only do they not have a clean room in their Los Angeles facility they also do not seem to have a clean room anywhere in their whole company! When I went to their la facility I found some wierd guy who looked and spoke like he was part of the soviet union, and the place itself looked like a mess!! They had boxes strewn everywhere in their office and there is no way the work can be done there! Literally it looks like a 6 by 9 foot jail cell, where one guy is just scamming people out of their money! World wide company is what they tell people, but to be totally honest after reading all these reviews I see that California Data Corp or Data Recovery Corp or whatever these frauds want to call themselves is completely false, and don't be fooled by their great telephone recording or their slick talking sales people as if you ask where their cleanroom is located they will just try to dodge the question and say that you are in safe hands! No way any work is done in their Los Angeles facility, and I would love to see in person what their other locations look like, but their headquarters in Cleveland Ohio looks to just be a junkyard!! You can google maps it yourself and even microsoft live search it, and search their name, "Data Recovery Corp" in Google and you will see the rip off report that is actually quite amusing and shows them to be the true frauds that they really are. Stay away from Data Recovery Corp as they are frauds, california data corp = scam , data recovery corp = scam , florida data corp = scam, chicago data corp = scam , and any other names they may go under. This company seems to be the data recovery scam of the century, and the employees are dishonest frauds and the owner of that company is a complete scam artist who is leading this data recovery scam.

Warning, Data Recovery corporation is very accommodating and will give you a free diagnosis of your recovery problem and the fee to fix it. What they won't tell you, is that while your assessment is free, there is a hidden $25 fee to mail back your data. In my case, a mini dvd was going to cost $25 to mail to Brooklyn from the Upper East Side, and they wouldn't budge on this fee despite me saying I didn't need a tracking number, etc., and just wanted it mailed with a regular stamp. Customer service dismissed my annoyance, saying that they performed a 'free' diagnosis for me and that the $25 helps cover that labor. I guess free costs $25 to data recovery corporation. Also, they quoted me $500 to recover 2 5 min video files from the mini dvd; way too high.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU SEND YOUR PRECIOUS DATA TO THESE PEOPLE! I'll just sum it up to start with. These guys are pulling a high-tech spin on the same crap that shady mechanics have been pulling for decades. You go in with a bad spark plug and end up with a new engine. Backstory: My company is doing a documentary for a non-profit hospital. We're shooting on a tapeless digital format that requires our data be offloaded to hard drives every day. We were on location and as I was preparing to plug our main external drive in to be backed up to a secondary drive, I plugged the laptop power supply into the drive by mistake and killed it. I didn't panic because I knew it was either a fried power supply or logic board. Not an ideal situation, but it's not like it just fell out of a moving car or something. Enter Data Recovery Corporation... I did an online ticket, shipped them our drive and awaited a quote. Well imagine my SHOCK when they tell me the drive is suffering from 'severe mechanical problems' and 'many damaged sectors' and would cost about $1900 to recovery... WHAT?!? So, I immediately switched on call recording, informed them I would be recording our conversation for our legal department and began asking the sort of questions that anyone with a strong background in electronics would ask: Me: So the logic board has been replaced? DRC: No. Me: So you want to explain to me how you can diagnose sector errors on a drive that's not spinning? DRC: We have very secret, proprietary software... (Right! An engineer at Seagate said their software must be on loan from an alien civilization or perhaps the future). Me: I'd like to reiterate that you're not speaking with some neophyte that knows nothing about electrical engineering and data storage. Let's try this again... DRC continued to insist that it's just too secret to talk about and their results are what matter. I noted it all, got them to say as much as I could and then called both Seagate and Disk Savers to speak with real data recovery engineers. I further learned that a diagnosis that contains a report of 'read write head errors' and 'damaged sectors' is a paradox. How can you diagnose bad sectors if the read write head is malfunctioning? You can't. On my second call, the story changed and 'the logic board was temporarily replaced for diagnostic purposes'. Ok, whatever you big liars. Armed with additional knowledge from Seagate Recovery Services and Disk Savers, I called back to probe deeper into the specifics. Confronted with quotes from Seagate and Disk Savers, they took an interesting stance: DRC: 'Of course Seagate will tell you that. This is a manufacturers defect. What are they doing selling you a bad drive anyway?' Hmmm... Let's see... Am I going to believe the largest hard drive company in the world or these guys that operate out of a industrial strip mall in Cleveland? DRC: Disk Savers. We've never heard of them. Me: Well, they started the data recovery industry and have been featured in Time, Fortune and The New York Times. I'm pretty sure they're reputable.' DRC: Well, they send half their work to us to fix. Me: I thought you'd never heard of them. DRC: You can't trust them. They just want your money. Yeah, that must be it... Raising my voice and pulling out a series of technical questions, I cornered one of their employees into telling me there weren't mechanical errors on the drive and he would see what he could do to get it taken care of. Now convinced that I was dealing with pure hucksters, but also desperate to get my data back, I told him I would authorize any repairs that did not involve breaking the seal on the drive or exceed $770. The next day, I spoke with a manager who decided they were sticking to their original story. Despite me confronting him with information that came directly from a Seagate. By this point, I'd had enough. I instructed them to prepare the drive for shipment and to send it to the Seagate Recovery Center in Chicago. I also made it clear that if the seal was broken or if there were any signs of tampering, I would have lawyers on them like a pack of wolves. Well, despite me instructing them to ship priority morning, they sent the drive 2nd day air, costing me further time. Now to the fun part. Here's a direct quote from the DRC diagnosis: 'We have received your Hard Disk Drive. After a thorough evaluation, our engineers have diagnosed your media with severe mechanical problems which include read and write head errors. The crashed media also has a lot of damaged sectors. It may still be possible for us to recover your data; however, in order for us to proceed we need your confirmation, either by e-mail or by phone, as soon as possible. The moment we receive your confirmation the recovery process will begin. In rare cases the damage to some or all of the data may be too severe so we cannot always guarantee a totally successful recovery or maintain the time frame promised. We truly appreciate your business. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We are looking forward to hearing from you in the nearest future. Price for the recovery comes to $1889'

This company is a complete joke, not only did they not recover any of my data they charged me money which they would not return despite their if we dont get the data we wont charge you. Apparently they have been doing this for years according to other reviews, here is a good example of one: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/329/RipOff0329781.htm I guess it proves that you should do your research before buying into Data Recovery Corp's scams and schemes. I have sent in complaints to the attorney general and the better business bureau, along with contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges and validate data recovery corporation, california data corp, florida data corp, first all data services, db investments, or whatever else this company wants to call itself. Supposedly they have many locations, so that they need new names, which seems very strane to me, but their websites are www.californiadatacorp.com www.datarecoverycorp.com and www.floridadatacorp.com and they also have a supposed location in New York, although when I called the incompetent idiot I talked to (named Tyler) actually hesitated when I asked him where the location was.

I've worked 13 years in the IT industry and unfortunately have had a need for such data recovery services about 4 times. The one thing I can say is that each time we've had to pay for it it's been expensive and still is. We recently came across a $299 data recovery advertisement by DB Investments ,Data Recovery Corp , Califronia DataCorp, Florida Data Corp, Data Recovery New York (www.datarecoverynewyork.com) or Data Recovery Ohio (they seem to have and operate under many monikers) only to send in our drive to find out it really wasn't anywhere near the advertised price. These guys are pure fraudsters with horrible customer service and aren't worth the $1700.00 they tried to scam me out of and I recommend staying away from this data recovery scam.

I would like to bring to your attention my sad saga with DataRecoveryCorp of California aka California Data Corp. On 16 May I called and explained to Dan Melnik the problem we were having with a WD hard drive that was shipped the next day. Melnik delineated the steps that California Data Corp would do to hopefully retrieve data on the drive; he quoted me a "Not To Exceed" price of $1,700 for the recovery; his estimate was five to six work days; Melnik advised me a "link" would be sent to enable me to monitor the repair progress-this never came; he suggested sending the drive plus another to lay the recovered data down on(which I did); and finally he issued a service tag number. The drive was sent to: 1140 N FAIRFAX AVE WEST HOLLYWOOD CA 900465307, Attention Dan Melnik, via FedEx. There was no mention of the drive being trans shipped to Cleveland. On 20 May I was requested by phone to make a "partial payment of $377.70 for the recovery" by Melnik; after this was paid, the FAX confirmation stated that the charge was for a Parts Repairment Fee, I still have no idea what that means. After seven working days I called California Data Corp. I was told that Melnik was unavailable and was given the status on the drive - "The recovery is still in process". A few days later California Data Corp was called, and again Melnik was unavailable. I spoke to "Russ". Russ told me the same story and when I requested that he pass me to his supervisor he asked why... I told him his information was insufficient and again asked to speak to a supervisor. He refused. Finally when I got through to Melnik he advised me the problem was due to recovery software that was not California Data Corp's having damaged the drive and he was asking their Canadian office to look at the recovered images. For everyone's information no recovery software other than theirs has ever been used on that drive. Later in the afternoon, I again spoke to Melnik and asked him to send my drives back to me. He advised me they were already on the way to me via DHL. He had never asked me how I wanted them returned or what service to use - I had sent them via Fed-Ex and my strong perference would have been two day service, never ground as the drives were shipped. I am offended by the shoddy customer service from California data Corp. If California Data Corp's British telephone voice is to be believed California Data Corp's service will be Rolls Royce. Instead, their customer service people led me on for nearly four weeks on a job they estimated to take five to six work days, they insulted my intelligence by claiming the drive had been damaged by someone else's recovery software which I know to be untrue, and when I asked to speak with a supervisor Russ refused - with attitude. Their company was unable to recover my data. I don't need to be insulted as well. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company, and have reported them to California and Ohio's attorney general for interstate wire fraud and for fraud in general. I hope everyone that ahs a bad experience with this company does the same, and posts it up on this website, together we can take these data recovery crooks down.

This company advertised a "no data recovery/no charge" policy for retrieval of data from my external WD hard disk that was not functioning properly. However, after they recieved my disk and performed a diagnostic they charged me a non-refundable amount of $300 withouth gauranteeing the data recovery. I agreed reluctantly because I thought if I did not say to go ahead with it that they would destroy my hard drive so that I would not be able to take it anywhere else. After they failed to retrieve the data, they suggested that they can send the disk to their specialist in Canada and asked me for another $199 non-refundable without gauranteeing data recovery. When I requested them to ship me back my disk it arrived in a total mess without being properly assembled. I think this company is playing with the consumer's emotions and the consumer's attachment to the data it want's recovered. They are charging all of these non-refundable fees and don't gaurantee any data recovery. If their specialist in Canada could retrieve the data, why did they not send it to him in the first place? I have been duped very badly and I want to see if you can investigate the practices of this company. This is serious. I don't want other consumers to get hurt like me. Also their customer service was horrible in the sense that they would not return my calls on time. Please do not use Data Recovery Corp's disservice, as they will simply rip you off, and make sure you do your research before going with a data recovery company, because I know if I had found this site before I sent it to Data Recovery Corp I would never have sent it to this Scam Artist data recovery company.

Data Recovery Corp told my wife and I had that we had to pay a $200.00 upfront to try to recover our bad hard drive and they said if they cannot recover the data, then we do not have to pay. VERY bad customer service plus we never got our $200 back when they couldn't get our data back. I have emails that state their claim about the "you dont pay if we don't get your data back" but we are still out $200. Their custoemr service dept. was rude and used words like "Yup" instead of "Yes" and didn't stand by their words or their product. I have filed complaint charges with the BBB and the attorney general, and I have also disputed this charge with my credit card. I want everyone to know that this company doesn't do what they say they will when they cannot get the data back. I have the emails which states their claims, this company will scam you for your money and will be a waste of time, do yourselves a favor and stay away from these slick scam artists!!!

My experience sucked. Drive was sent in on an estimate of $300 to a range of $1500. I told service tech about a possible mechanical function on a 40Gbz Western Digital Hard Drive. Sent drive standard service, so should be free according to their policy. Data Corp received my hard drive and called me to ask if I would take a $50 fee instead on overnight diagnostic, compared to $100 fee. I said "No" and magically it was still done overnight. Then I received another phone call and email stating that a possible mechanical error was noticed and that they could diagnose further if I gave the okay. Hmm, I think that is what I told them from the beginning and the email and call could not tell me whether anything could be recovered. Oh I forgot too, my charge was now $1120. I think not. Then I received an additional email and call and it was now marked down to $690 plus $18 a month for two months on their recovery backup program. Now I research another organization and they had a flat rate of $279 plus I got for another $95 a portable hard drive, I believe 120Gbz. Data recover however was going to send me a dvd with my information. I told them of the rate and hard drive and all I received was a, well you are not going to have recovery for less that $700. I decided to have my hard drive shipped back to me in order to work with another company and will have a review to follow when that company has received my hard drive. In the mean time however I received a bill for $25 to ship my hard drive back. So much for a, if we don’t recovery any data, you do not pay. I work for the USPS and I know that to ship my hard drive priority only cost me $5. Stay away from this organization unless you want to get bent over.
