I sent in my Blackberry for recovery based on not being able to find any negative data about this company online (including this site) and took it on good faith from their website publishing typical recovery times of 4-7 days. Here we are much later than that and no results. Of course the usual - unreturned calls, no answers in emails, and the obligatory request to buy "priority service" with no promise of recovery and a deadline in their words "might be a few months, maybe longer, maybe shorter". Okay, I did get a chuckle out of that one - Really - who in their right mind would go for those sooo attractive terms! LOL I can of course have it returned to me for a fee... Oddly enough, some of my inquiries to them were met with replies that stated they were almost finished and sorry for the delays. That really puzzled me, but it is probably their usual MO. Actually, I suspect the individuals running this thing don't really have a good grasp of the English language (It must be a second language). Anyways, I just wished they had bought me dinner and drinks first! The bottom line - this company shouldn't be your first choice in Data Recovery.
