They offer 7 day turn around. They waited until the end of day 7 to look at it, but then aren't able to do anything in since it involved a head crash and media damage. So I'm sent to the back of the queue for anywhere I want to send it next, including the two places they reccomend. If I send it to Seagate, I'll get charged an additional $500 over Seagate's usual price because someone else has already opened it up. But that is still lower price (if I send it through Staples) than I'll pay through at least one of the vendors Aero suggests. By the time this gets straightened out I will have burned 2 weeks and $500 for sending it to Aero.
