Data Recovery Corp told my wife and I had that we had to pay a $200.00 upfront to try to recover our bad hard drive and they said if they cannot recover the data, then we do not have to pay. VERY bad customer service plus we never got our $200 back when they couldn't get our data back. I have emails that state their claim about the "you dont pay if we don't get your data back" but we are still out $200. Their custoemr service dept. was rude and used words like "Yup" instead of "Yes" and didn't stand by their words or their product. I have filed complaint charges with the BBB and the attorney general, and I have also disputed this charge with my credit card. I want everyone to know that this company doesn't do what they say they will when they cannot get the data back. I have the emails which states their claims, this company will scam you for your money and will be a waste of time, do yourselves a favor and stay away from these slick scam artists!!!
