This website was for the sole purpose of reviewing
all data recovery attempts. Having experienced many data recovery situations because of crashed
hard drives I have realized that many companies out there are just out to get your money.
Some of these companies just basically try to pump money out of the consumer, and there is nothing
the consumer can about it. In order to solve this problem, I have created this website
so that people could rate and leave comments about different data recovery companies.
This site was solely made for the consumer, keeping in mind that the average consumer does
not want to shell out thousands of dollars for an easy recovery job, or pay extravagant amounts
of money then not have their data recovered off of their hard drive. This website is still a
work in progress, but within the next couple of weeks I hope to have a blog up where I personally
rate and compare data recovery sites on their productivity, price, and just overall business practices.
Knowing that some companies spew their “no data no charge” and “free evaluation” practices to consumers
who are calling, only to later learn that their free evaluation was either incorrectly performed, and that
the “no data no charge” policy simply does not exist because of upfront fees that apparently don't qualify for this no data recovery no fee policy.
This website shall work to stop the practices of all of these unprofessional and unethical companies by allowing consumers to post reviews and rate the companies on a 1 to 5 star system, 5 stars being the best and 1 star being the worst. They can then post their own reviews of the company by simply clicking on the link to the company that they have had experiences with and leaving a review along with an explanation of the reviews. I will then work to have these data recovery company on the front page along with their average consumer review.
Please keep in mind that you should have used these company’s services in order to review their data recovery services.
Also only one review per IP address can be written about each of these companies, in order to prevent these
companies from having their employees write multiple good reviews about their website. Overall, I hope that people
shall view this site and then choose their data recovery companies based upon prior services that other consumers
have gone through, so that they need not get scammed like I have on multiple occasions through many of these
basement operation data recovery companies, or the data recovery companies that basically commit fraud, which
can later not be proven. Also in the future I hope to be able to do independent investigations about different
data recovery companies from consumer’s reviews, these reviews will be documented then later displayed on this website.
